Terms of Service

Last updated October 26, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Esper Labs, Inc. ("Esper Labs," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of last30days.dev, its API, and its email, Slack, and Google Calendar integrations (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and confirm you have authority to do so.

The Service

last30days.dev is an AI research service. It searches recent public content from sources such as Reddit, X, YouTube, TikTok, Hacker News, Polymarket, GitHub, and the web, and uses AI models to summarize what it finds into reports. You can run research on demand, schedule recurring reports, receive briefs before meetings, and access the Service through an API.

We may change, add, or remove features at any time. We will try to give notice of changes that materially reduce what you have paid for.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You sign in with GitHub, and you are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in and API keys secure. Tell us promptly at privacy@esperlabs.ai if you believe your account or a key has been compromised.

Credits and payment

  • Research runs use credits. Visitors get a small number of free searches before signing in; after that, you buy credit packages at the prices shown on our pricing page. Prices may change, but changes do not affect credits you already bought.
  • Credits do not expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money.
  • Credits are reserved when a run starts and charged when it completes. Credits reserved for a run that fails are returned to your balance.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the purchases you make, including any fees or taxes shown at checkout.
  • Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at privacy@esperlabs.ai.
  • Some features, such as Slack delivery, are available only to accounts that have purchased credits. Developer API gateway usage is billed from a separate dollar balance at the rates shown in your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything illegal, or to harass, stalk, or surveil individuals, or to build profiles of private individuals.
  • Use reports to make decisions about a person's eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or similar purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, get around rate limits, credit checks, or free-search limits, or access it by means other than our interfaces and API.
  • Share, sell, or resell your API keys or account access, or resell the Service without our written permission.
  • Reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it regardless of this restriction.
  • Use the Service to infringe others' rights or to violate the terms of the sources or AI providers it relies on.

Your content and reports

You own the queries and other content you submit. You give us a license to use that content to operate, secure, and improve the Service, and to analyze it in aggregated, de-identified form, including publishing aggregate statistics and trends that do not identify you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subject to these Terms, you may use the reports the Service generates for you for any lawful purpose. Reports quote, link to, and embed third-party content that belongs to its owners and is subject to their terms. Anyone with a report's link can view it.

AI output

Reports are generated by AI from public content that can be incomplete, wrong, or out of date. Reports may contain errors, miss relevant information, or misattribute statements. They are not professional, financial, legal, or medical advice. Check important information against original sources before you rely on it.

Third-party services

The Service connects to third-party services, such as GitHub, Stripe, Slack, Google Calendar, and the AI providers that power research. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Esper Labs and its licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights in it beyond the right to use the Service as described here. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and can delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account forfeits any unused credits and API balance. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we stop offering the Service. If we end the Service for reasons other than your violation, we will refund unused purchased credits. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that reports will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Esper Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Esper Labs against third-party claims, and the related losses and costs, arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or of others' rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the place you live.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the date above, and for material changes we will give notice through the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
